How it works

Simple invoicing with tools you already use

Super Simple Invoice is a minimal invoice creator for Gmail users. It prepares a clean PDF, stores it in your own Google Drive, and sends it from your own Gmail account when requested.

1. Connect Gmail

Sign in with the Gmail account you want to use for sending invoices and saving files to Google Drive. Approve Gmail send and Drive file access.

2. Complete first-time settings

Enter your company details, currency, taxes, default products and services, email template, and default Google Drive destination. The default folder is Super Simple Invoice.

3. Create the invoice

Enter the customer, items, quantities and rates. You can use an earlier invoice date; a new non-sequential invoice number is created automatically.

4. Choose email recipients

Send the PDF to the customer, your connected Gmail account, the company email, or any combination of those options.

5. Review, then save or send

Preview the final PDF first. Then save it to Google Drive only, or send it from Gmail and save it to Drive in one step. Each Gmail account can generate up to 10 invoices per day.

Where your information goes

Invoice PDFs are stored in the Google Drive destination you select. The service stores your Gmail account email, encrypted Google authorization credentials, reusable settings, and basic saved/sent usage counts. It does not maintain a separate customer database; customer details are used to create the current PDF and email.
